Pressure Ulcer Associated with Immobility: A Case Report

Abstract
Pressure ulcers is very common clinical problem especially in immobilized patients. also pressure ulcer is one of the most severe complications in the immobilized patients. Pressure is major causative factor in pressure ulcer formation. We report a case of a 59-year-old male patient who developed sacral pressure sore due to long term immobilization after Spinal cord injury. A case report of the successful wound healing with dressing, position change and nutrition management The result of study expect the decreasing in pressure ulcers based on the health status of individuals, nutrition and pressure reducing intervention.
